Sunday hunting allowed on private land only with any legal hunting implement allowed for the fall firearms season. Not allowed within 40 yards of blazed public trails on Sundays.

    State Land, Private Land, and Landowner. Bag limit is 5 bearded birds on private land, state land, or a combination of both. Hunting hours are 1/2 hour before sunrise to sunset. Legal firearms: shotguns 20 gauge or larger with #4, 5, 6, 7, 7-1/2 shot or any combination; shotguns must not hold more than 3 shells. Legal bows: long, recurved, or compound bows with minimum 40 lb draw weight and crossbows. Crossbows must have minimum 125 lb draw weight, permanent fixed rifle type stock with functional mechanical safety, bolt length at least 18 inches excluding broadhead. Arrowheads must have at least two blades and be at least 7/8 inch wide.
