This package includes access to our 70 acres of timer consisting of deer bedding areas and travel corridors, in addition to neighboring croplands and a creekbottom. Deer populations in the area are very strong.

We do have a small campsite for tents and RVs available. Local lodging can also be found in Clifton (18 miles), Savannah (20 miles), and Lexington (28 miles).

The property is about 175 acres, located in Stewart County about 75 miles north of Downtown Nashville and Nashville International Airport.&nbsp;
What once was an old family tobacco farm is now a cattle operation, with grassland pasture, thick timber, and spanning ridgelines. The acreage is secluded and home to deer turkey, raccoons, and other small game.

Sportsmen can book this package for exclusive access to our 50 acres to hunt whitetails. We see deer moving through our open field to and from the dense forest cover that makes up most of our habitat. Sportsmen may also have luck near the creek as well.&nbsp;
Guests have the option to add on RV or camping access for overnight stays. Water, electricity, and sewage should be available later in the year. The acreage is also easily accessible from McMinnville (about 20 minutes away), which has a hotel.

Ohana Ranches

Hunters are invited to take advantage of our quick and convenient access from US Highway 70 and Interstate 40, making travel from Jackson (TN), Memphis, and Nashville super easy. This property is really a blank slate as it hasn't been hunted over the past couple years, plus guests are welcome to bring along and set up their own popup blinds or tree stands.
Our 55 acres have everything deer need to thrive, three ponds for water sources and dense tree cover, all adjacent to our neighbors to the north who have ag fields for food sources.&nbsp;&nbsp;
