This is a special property located in Shawnee County, just 8 miles from downtown Topeka. Even with our close proximity to the city, we have 50 acres of agricultural cropland and timber. We currently have soybeans planted on that ground.
Our ag land and timber make great habitat for wildlife in the area. We currently are offering daily packages for whitetail and turkey. We are also happy to accommodate longer stays as well. We don't have lodging available on the property; however, with the city so close it's not hard to commute!
Guests are permitted to bring their own tree stands, ground blinds, feeders, and cams.

Available Packages
The property is close to an urban area, but the soybeans were the best I’ve seen anywhere in the State this year. Lots of deer tracks everywhere on this property. Heavy, hardwood tree cover and groves separate ag fields. Should be perfect for Turkeys and Whitetails.
