We have great habitat for wildlife with food and cover. And while we don't have any major water sources on the property, we still see wildlife making their way through the ground to get to ponds in the surrounding area.
Hunters are permitted to bring their own tree stands, ground blinds, feeders, and cams.
Turkey hunters will most likely see Easterns in this part of Kansas.
The property is in Unit 3 for turkey.
Kansas residents and non-residents can purchase a turkey permit over the counter.

The property is close to an urban area, but the soybeans were the best I’ve seen anywhere in the State this year. Lots of deer tracks everywhere on this property. Heavy, hardwood tree cover and groves separate ag fields. Should be perfect for Turkeys and Whitetails.
