Located in the far southeastern corner of Iowa, Buford Farms is a family farming and working cattle operation offering whitetail, turkey, goose, and coyote hunting. The property is made up of 180 acres and is set up in a really neat way with multiple thick-timbered draws that all lead down into a small creekbed that runs through acreage. 

This lowland creekbottom is a productive source of cover for deer and turkeys. Wildlife will then work its way up into the higher ground to feed in the surrounding ag fields. 

The property boundary also includes about 18 acres of agricultural ground, in addition to neighboring croplands and water sources. We see migratory geese all the time on the farm, especially with our proximity to the Mississippi River.

The property, a part of Lee County, is only about 8 minutes from Fort Madison which is located right on the Mississippi River.
