Creek Crossing Acres UPDATED
Property is being offered for the entire regular rifle season for 2 hunters (Nov 16 - Dec 8). PM for more details.
Managed 60-acre forest that abuts an unhunted 500-acre forested tract. Good numbers of deer with the occasional bear and turkey. Mature bucks often stray into the 60-acre tract. 7 tree stands (5 ladder, 2 ladder steps) have been strategically placed with quiet entrance/exit routes, which are flagged and marked with reflective thumbtacks to minimize disturbance. Each tree stand has a pull-up rope, lifeline (bring your own harness is mandatory), and a bow/gun hanger. One box blind is available for a gun hunter. 5 tree stands and box blind are short easy walks. 2 tree stands are uphill for a fair distance and hunter should be in good physical condition. Planted 5 small food plots with blend of clover, chicory, and brassica. No ATVs are allowed except for game recovery. You may bring your own climber or saddle. Property is monitored with cell trail cameras.
No other hunters will be in the woods during your stay.
Hunters are welcome to tent camp or bring their RV. No amenities are available other than a fire pit and firewood.
