Crow Farms: Broadhorn
Welcome to Crow Farms, a 3rd-generation family row crop operation in Central Iowa. Our farm is located in Warren County just south of Des Moines and right along Interstate 35. My son and I are proud to continue what my father started when he first began farming here in Iowa in mid-1900s.
Our Broadhorn parcel, consists of 158 acres of prime Iowa ag habitat, perfect for deer and turkeys. The property is a mix of dense timber and open cropland. The Broadhorn Creek flows through as well. Along the creek, we have a stand set up that bowhunters can make use of.
We do request a minimum of two days for all bookings.
At this time, we do not have lodging available on-site; however, we are only about half an hour from Des Moines city limits. Osceola is also nearby (within 20-25 minutes), which is another option for accommodations.

During my visit I noticed well-traveled paths all through the CRP grasses, plus I also spooked up tons of deer while driving by and through the property.
