The property is in Unit 9 for deer.
Currenlty all hunts will be semi-guided. I would like to meet with all hunters in person and go through the ins and outs of the property. Most items are covered over the phone before hunters arrive, There is not lodging available on the property, but camping is always an option! There are plenty of accomidations to suit a wide range of guests. Hunters will have free range of the whole property. As a life time bow hunter, I will offer my insight and knowledge of the land so the hunters will have the best chance for success. This property has a healthy population of mature whitetails and truly never know what could show up due to the ground that surrounds the Dogwood. This property can double as a great homebase for your Kansas hunts. Within a 30-mile radius, there are some of the finest walk-in hunting spots the state has to offer. Not including thousands of huntable acres on Fort Riley less then 10 miles away. With Manhattan close by, it is easy access to great restaurants and night life.

I am a family man and an avid outdoorsman. I have lived in the Manhattan area for over a decade now and love what this unique landscape has to offer! I started my love for hunting as a young man chasing upland birds around the state. I took up bowhunting as a teenager and have been learning and perfecting the craft a little more each year. Today I bow hunt just about anything. I also have a love for catching channel cats and flatheads out of the Kansas River and local lakes. I enjoy having the chance to meet other people who share and have a passion for the outdoors like I do!
