Located in Kirby, MT, we've got just over 8,200+acres of rolling wooded hills, craggy draws, and creek bottoms. All of this leads to ideal mule deer habitat of which we have quite a few.

An added perk is that the property is located across the road from the iconic Kirby Saloon. It is a great place to grab some lunch or have a drink after a successful hunt!

Property Visited

The Frying Pan Ranch is loaded with wildlife. The terrain is filled with small coulees and creek beds with occasional water from springs. I see multiple flocks of turkeys (4-10 birds) and tons of mule deer every time I visit.
