Gaugler Ranch | Antelope Coulee
Antelope Coulee is 2,975 acres of wide open country. We have a large coulee that cuts through the ranch, where you can find a large pond, which is a hotspot for wildlife in the area. The coulee's low ground provides nice cover and draws, with dry, open creekbottoms that run through. Creekbottoms will occasionally hold water; however, they are mostly dry.
Hunting at Antelope Coulee
There's great opportunity waiting for antelope hunters, who can take advantage of the ranch's water sources, a large pond and livestock tanks, which would be great locations to set up a blind. Mule deer hunters may also have some luck hunting the water sources out of blinds. If you're not using a blind, all hunting will be spot and stalk. Coyotes are also permitted for hunting.
The Ranch
The GC Meyer/Gaugler Ranch is a Montana, multi-generational operation proudly headquartered in Judith Gap, the gateway between Central and Southern Montana. Our small town is located right in the gap between the Snowy Mountains to the east and the Little Belts to the west, with the Crazy Mountains towering to the south.
Our ranch consists of two other large parcels, one to the east of town and one to the west. Our parcel east of Judith Gap, the GC Meyer Ranch, consists of 1,110 acres and features a 3-bedroom house available for lodging. Our parcel west of Judith Gap, the Gaugler Ranch, consists of 3,000 acres and offers a 1-bedroom dry cabin for lodging.
For more information on the East parcel, which is open for hunting this fall, please take a look at our LandTrust listing here: GC Meyer Ranch East
For more information on the West parcel, please take a look at our LandTrust listing here: Gaugler Ranch West

This is wide-open rangeland, great habitat for antelope and mule deer. Surrounding ag fields draw in wildlife as a food source. Cover is sparse and will challenge the best hunters.
