As of January 1, 2025 lodging is priced at $160 per night. We now have fiber internet and our electric rates have bumped up on us.
Hunters, horseback riders, and folks who just want to get away and enjoy Montana's beautiful scenery are invited to our cozy little 3-bedroom house. The house can comfortably host 3-4 adults and is pet-friendly.
Our ranch is part of Block Management so if you come out here to hunt, there may be other hunters out here but by staying with us on the ranch you'll have a big leg up on other hunters who are trying to get out to the ranch before light. Instead of a 1.5-hour drive from Billings, you can wake up right on the ranch and start your hunt. We're also happy to board horses if you'd like to bring them. Horses are the best way to fully utilize the property and a lot of elk hunters see more success that way. We've got a large corral right next to the guest house.
The ranch is located in HD 535 for elk and 516 for antelope.
As far as hunting goes, we've got a great antelope population which is a big draw for us and we also have a pretty large herd of elk that uses the property in the shoulder season (December - February). There's also a pretty good population of Hungarian partridge. We have LOTS of coyotes that we'd encourage you to come out and shoot as well as a prairie dog town.

Come out and stay with us for a few days and enjoy the luxury of being able to come back to the ranch after a hard day of hunting to enjoy a warm fire and the ability to cook in a full kitchen and sleep in a warm bed before getting out first thing in the morning.
