Vermillion Parish is located in the West Zone for Alligator Hunting in Louisiana. Anyone who plans to shoot an alligator will need an “Alligator Sport Hunter” license. Its is $25 for residents and $150 for nonresidents. While we do not cover the license, we've provided the link here to purchase online: https://www.wlf.louisiana.gov/page/alligator-hunting
We would recommend arriving the afternoon/evening before your first day of hunting, so you can enjoy our cajun cuisine and an overnight at our lodge. This "night-prior" on your arrival day is on of the all-inclusive nights that is included with your booking. Depending on your arrival time we can adjust the hunting accordingly. The next morning, we will check the lines and we will also check them again that afternoon, and so forth.
If you would like to stay a third night, we would love to have you! There will be additional costs if you stay a 3rd night and if you would like to include meals as well for that 3rd night. If not, please plan to depart the last day of your booking.
Upon booking, we just need the number of people in your group and how many shooters there are. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
We look forward to planning your trip! Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
