Last time I visited with Jon in person was back in December, but we have had multiple phone conversations since then. Last time I visited with him over the phone was in late July or early August... he mentioned there has been lots of song birds on the property. I also know that Jon has many deer and geese that frequent his property.

This property is absolutely incredible! The birding is unmatched! The Louden’s were super generous and knowledgeable about the birds and there land. My only regret was that I wish I had more to explore. Highlights were definitely the Long-Billed curlew, sharp-tailed grouse, shorebirds and the glossy ibis I found. Wonderful a place and I had a great time.
