Our farm is a mecca for whitetail deer. The wooded area, open pasture, and sources of water create an excellent habitat for wildlife.
We are located West of the Blue Ridge for hunting, which means our deer season ends earlier here in Buenavistacity County.
A 13-foot and 16-foot canvas tent is available, inquire for more information. RV camping access is available as well.
The lower level of our on-property house is open to LandTrust guests and has a private entrance, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, private parking, refrigerator, and kitchenette. The Meridian House has three levels and is a new, monitor barn-style construction featuring a wrap-around porch with mountain and valley views. The white oak timber frame accents and southern exposure make for an elevated feel. At 300 feet above the surrounding countryside, the breezes are refreshing.
The Meridian House is available until August 1st

I began hunting with may father back when I had to take three steps to every one of his and at times he had to lift me onto his shoulders to carry me to the truck. He's a an old man now, 81 years, a marine and Vietnam Veteran. He tought me how to consider the wind, how to track a wounded deer and the proper way to field dress it. I love the beauty of nature and the balance I see eveywhere. I thank God for a world liek the one we have. I'm happy to share my little piece of it with poeple who feel the same. I have a lovely wife and six children.
