Guests are invited to reserve their spot for the 2023 Montana Organic Association Ranch Tour with Ty and Sarina O'Connor.
Cost: $25 per participant per day.
June 13th - Montana Legacy Ranch Organic Meat Processing Tour with Steak Dinner and Entertainment
June 14th - O'Connor Crops & Cattle Farm Tour with Lunch
Guests can reserve their spot by either:
1) Sending a booking request (if you don't need lodging)
- We have blocked out the whole month of June, please select any day in June for your booking request.
2) Sending Ty an inquiry, by clicking the "Contact Landowner" button below. In your message, please designate the following information:
- How many guests
- Guest's first and last names
- What farm/ranch or organization you're representing
- What tour you plan to attend?
- First Day - Montana Legacy Ranch Organic Meat Processing Tour
- Second Day - O'Connor Crops & Cattle Farm Tour
- Both Days
- Lodging Preference
Upon sending your inquiry to Ty, LandTrust will provide the total cost for guests to pay for their reservation. As part of this reservation process, all group leaders must create a free LandTrust profile and Verify their ID.

Guests are encouraged to bring coolers to purchase our organic meats during the tour!
Limited Lodging options are available on the ranch for an additional $50 per person per night:
- Mancamp - includes seven individual rooms
- Furnished RV - can sleep five (one group only)
- Schoolhouse - can sleep five
Lodging options in Ekalaka (20 miles from the ranch) and Baker (56 miles from the ranch) are also available below:

- June 13th at 1pm Montana Legacy Ranch and OCC Legacy Cuts tour and processing facility demonstration, followed by an evening Dinner and Entertainment sponsored by LandTrust.
- June 14th at 9am OCC‐ O’Connor Crops & Cattle tour, with OAEC Bio‐Control and MSU Precision Ag updates, lunch provided.
About Ty and Sarina
The O’Connors own and operate Montana Legacy Ranch, as well as OCC‐ O’Connor Crops & Cattle, and OCC Legacy Cuts processing facility. Ty and Sarina strive to provide a family lifestyle on the ranch. The O’Connor’s operate on a 53,000-acre farm and ranch in southeastern Montana, that has 13,000 acres of dry land organic crops, along with organic livestock. Using the livestock in their cropping rotation for grazing cover crops and different soil-building crops, they are able to grow organic crops and fatten cattle for the processing plant that goes direct to consumer and retail stores. They also have a restaurant in Ekalaka where they serve their beef and pork, and have retail coolers for customers to purchase their beef and pork. The event is open to the public, with pre‐tour registration required.

Curry Place is a beutiful piece of land. Speelmon Creek runs through the middle of the property and is surrounded by timber and pasture making it a whitetail haven. Turkeys hang out along the creeks and can be found throughout the property. Pronghorns can be found in the fields on the western side of the property and in the fields along pivots to the east.
