This 1,300-acre hunting destination makes up the NebFarmRanch's southern property. With about 15 acres of dense cottonwood tree cover and wetlands scattered throughout, sportsmen are sure to encounter all kinds of wildlife, including whitetail, turkey, and waterfowl.
The terrain is very flat, and different spots are easily accessible with an ATV or bike. Just watch out for sand traps! Please be cognizant of cattle on the property.
We are looking for a sportsman or hunting group to lease the property for a full year, which includes the following:
- Hunting the full season for whitetail, turkey, dove, and waterfowl
- Shed Hunting
- Outdoor Recreation
- Bird Watching and Wildlife Viewing
Absolutely NO UPLAND BIRD HUNTING.
I run and train very well-behaved bird dogs (they never chase the deer). During the hunting season, please communicate with me when you plan to be out on the property, and I will ensure my training days do not conflict/affect your hunting days at all.
We have camping with electricity available and other possible housing accommodations.

The wetlands have managed to maintain some water throughout the drought which could make it an ideal waterfowl spot this winter. The open pastures with scattered timber make it a great rifle hunting spot to catch them moving throughout the property.
