Located just north of the scenic Niobrara River, our 247-acre property is home to our 1st-gen family cattle operation. Situated in the far northeastern corner of the state, we're only about 20 minutes from the Standing Bear Bridge crossing of the Missouri River, which is the Nebraska-South Dakota stateline.

We have some solid hunting amenities available, including 1 redneck blind, 2 tree stands, 4 feeders, and 3 banks blinds. Deer, turkey, and coyote hunters can all take advantage of these during your visit. We are located in the Missouri Unit for deer.

Another neat part of the property is our spring-fed pond, which not only provides a consistent water source for wildlife, but also is home to some decent bass fishing. All hunts include complimentary bass fishing.

We also have some seasonal creek bottoms that naturally draw game throughout the year. Wildlife has access to both supplemental feeders and native forage, supporting consistent activity across the property. The terrain offers excellent vantage points above timbered draws, making this an accessible and hunter-friendly layout whether you’re glassing from the ridges or tucked into one of the coulees. Game trails crisscross the property, particularly around water and feed locations, and with minimal outside pressure, this ground offers a secluded experience in a highly productive area.

In the early parts of the year, shed hunting is also available.

Primitive camping (no hookups) is allowed for guests looking to wake up on the property. We're only about 20 minutes from the small town of Niobrara, which has grocery stores, restaurants, airbnbs, and RV parks. 

We are about 3.5 Hours from Lincoln, 3 Hours from Omaha, and 2 Hours from Sioux Falls, SD.
