Deer hunters are invited this November to hunt during Nebraska's 9-day firearm season.

We are located in the Missouri Unit for deer.

We have some solid hunting amenities available, including 1 redneck blind, 2 tree stands, 4 feeders, and 3 banks blinds.

Another neat part of the property is our spring-fed pond, which not only provides a consistent water source for wildlife, but also is home to some decent bass fishing. All hunts include complimentary bass fishing.

About the property:

We also have some seasonal creek bottoms that naturally draw game throughout the year. Wildlife has access to both supplemental feeders and native forage, supporting consistent activity across the property. The terrain offers excellent vantage points above timbered draws, making this an accessible and hunter-friendly layout whether you’re glassing from the ridges or tucked into one of the coulees. Game trails crisscross the property, particularly around water and feed locations, and with minimal outside pressure, this ground offers a secluded experience in a highly productive area.

Primitive camping (no hookups) is allowed for guests looking to wake up on the property. We're only about 20 minutes from the small town of Niobrara, which has grocery stores, restaurants, airbnbs, and RV parks.

We are about 3.5 Hours from Lincoln, 3 Hours from Omaha, and 2 Hours from Sioux Falls, SD.

We look forward to sharing our piece of Knox County, Nebraska with you!
