Our 126-Acre wilderness escape features a secluded off-the-grid cabin surrounded by nature. With 700 sq ft, our open-space cabin provides a rustic experience with essential amenities, including running well water, a shower (no hot water), and lights and fans when powered by a sufficiently large generator (not included). The cabin is heated by a wood-burning stove, which also doubles as a cooking surface for your meals. The toilet requires manual water flushing.

The acreage is only about a 10-minute drive from interstate access to I-88, which can get guests to the property pretty quickly from Albany to the east (60 miles) and Binghamton to the west (70 miles).
