Property should hunt well for groups bringing their own ground blinds. Ample locations to set up blinds and decoys near creekbottom or field edges.
Hayfields/Row Crop are major food sources for the birds, and hunters should have good chances of success as Toms cruise back and forth from the nearby nearby to feed.
This is a great property for hunters coming from Des Moines or from up north in the Twin Cities (less than 2.5 hrs away).
While we don't have any on-site lodging or camping opportunities available, there are some local airbnbs, including my aunt's guest house. Please reach out, and I can connect you.
