Farm is located in Iowa Zone 10 for whitetail.

Property should hunt well for both archery OR firearm hunters bringing their own ground blinds or climber stands. Ample locations to set up near creekbottom or field edges.

CRP ground and Hayfields/Row Crop are hotspots for deer, and hunters should have good chances of success as deer cruise back and forth from the surrounding cover to feed.

This is a great property for hunters coming from Des Moines or from up north in the Twin Cities (less than 2.5 hrs away).

While we don't have any on-site lodging or camping opportunities available, there are some local airbnbs, including my aunt's guest house. Please reach out, and I can connect you.
