The CRP and brushy field edges provide great cover for pheasant. Bird dogs are welcome.

Habitat close to the creek also holds birds.

This is a great property for hunters coming from Des Moines or from up north in the Twin Cities (less than 2.5 hrs away).

While we don't have any on-site lodging or camping opportunities available, there are some local airbnbs, including my aunt's guest house. Please reach out, and I can connect you.
