In addition to the above lodging, we also have primitive camping sites, as well as grass pads for RVs and campers that are available on the property. Currently we do not have electrical or water hook ups for the campsites, however that will be coming soon. The pool courtyard is an amenity available to all guests and features: 20 X 60 ft. pool - no lifeguard (all children must be accompanied by an adult while in pool); fire pit; multi-level gazing pond; "Cabezo" (enclosed cabin-like gazebo equipped with TV and surround sound, and fireplace); patio grill area. The Backyard Retreat is also an amenity available to all guests and features a picnic shelter with extra large charcoal grill and pergola with fire-pit/grill area.

We have numerous tent camping sites available. The back yard area accommodates about 3 tent camp sites. Access to single shower and bathroom located nearby in the Ranch House. Free Keurig coffee available in the mud room entrance to the Ranch House.

Trash can There is a large dumpster available for campers use for disposal of trash. There is also numerous large trash cans located with in the pool court yard for campers to use for disposal of small trash items.

We currently have a large undeveloped grass area of about 5 acres available for RVs and campers. Sites are not currently leveled and we currently do not have electrical or water hook ups for the campsites, however that will be coming soon. We do currently have two level cement sites that would have access to electrical hook up only. The pool courtyard is an amenity available to all guests and features: 20 X 60 ft. pool - no lifeguard (all children must be accompanied by an adult while in pool); fire pit; multi-level gazing pond; "Cabezo" (enclosed cabin-like gazebo equipped with TV and surround sound, and fireplace); patio grill area. The Backyard Retreat is also an amenity available to all guests and features a picnic shelter with extra large charcoal grill and pergola with fire-pit/grill area. The pool house located with in the pool courtyard does have a bathroom & shower available to all campers, as long as the pool house is not booked for exclusive use. There is also a bathroom and shower available to camping quests located in the Ranch House, accessible through the mud room entrance. There is free Keurig coffee available to all campers located in the mud room entrance of the Ranch House.

We have two irrigation circles consisting of alfalfa, hay, and rotating crops of other forage such as Sudan grass, millet, oats, etc. We have wide open prairie range with natural grass forage. In addition to this we have several tree shelter belts that provide some shelter and forage for various wildlife.

Our property consists of open grasslands, several tree shelter belts, and numerous draws and canyons throughout the property for wildlife to use as shelter.
