It was so nice to see Kevin and his family again. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we had a good hunt. Very grateful for having the opportunity to enjoy their land. Hope to repeat next year.

What can I say, I drove 28 hrs from Texas to hunt Kevin's property and it was well worth the drive. The location Kevin had for a rv spot was more than amazing and so was the overall property. The property was very easy to navigate and there was plenty of birds to shoot at. Kevin was more than accommodating with anything we needed and I can't wait to come back next year. Thank you Kevin for allowing us the opportunity to hunt and see what Montana has to offer for Sharpies and Huns.

Hunted Kevin's property October 20th and 21st with two hunting buddies and 5 dogs. Kevin is a great host who stayed in touch with us and continuously updated us with drop points of areas that held birds. I was happy to meet him personally and shake his hand. The properties are quite large but with Kevin's help we were successful in putting our dogs on birds and putting a few birds in our vests. Some of the best areas were old homesteads and shelter rows. We bagged pheasants, sharptails and huns. Hoping to come back next year and thank you for everything including the t-bone steaks from dad. Keep an eye out for box of lobsters coming your way.

First off, let me say that Kevin is an absolute gem of a host! He was attentive and responsive and assisted me in both finding birds and in finding great places to camp. I have no doubt he will go to great lengths to assist anyone who comes to hunt Spring Vally Ranch, and you will always find him friendly and happy to text or call with information and updates. Due to a massive hail storm that apparently hit the area this past spring/summer, pheasant numbers weren't as high as usual, but there were plenty of opportunities to be had, especially for hunters with closer working flushing dogs who enjoy hunting tight cover around old homesteads and shelter belts. As a guy who has big running pointers and likes to hike the prairie most of the day, there was a lot of land, but the cover/grass was sparse in most areas due to dry conditions the past few months. Overall, I think Spring Vally Ranch holds lots of potential for upland bird hunting with proper habitat management and better climate/weather conditions leading into the season. I will be checking in with Kevin for possible future hunts there! Something I especially loved about hunting Spring Vally Ranch was the opportunity for wild camping out on the prairie. I have a self-contained, truck camper/overlanding-style rig and Kevin helped me find lots of cool places to setup. Beautiful sunsets and waking up to clucking sharptail grouse isn't bad!

Could not ask anything more from Kevin as a host. From recommendations for hotel/restaurants in town, to pointing me to the right areas to make the most of the hunt. Kevin was very responsive ahead the trip, and made sure to check in while I was on the ranch. Had a chance to meet his family who were also very welcoming. Great experience! Looking forward to returning next season.

Kevin couldn’t have been nicer. He has the birds and was very generous with his time and information as to where to find them. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

We enjoyed working with Kevin. He was super helpful and answered all of our questions. The property was great and he pointed us in the direction we were looking for birds. We will be back!
