The South 80 is in Northwest Nebraska's Stanton County. The property consists of CRP grass with thick cover and rolling hills, making for great pheasant hunting. The ground also features a small creek that runs through the southwestern corner of the property.

This year, the property looks to be very promising for pheasant and has some good potential for Whitetail as well.
