5 day hunting with lodging, during which you may hunt any in-season game you may see. We will provide some general guidelines about terrain and how we like to hunt our property, but you will be responsible for your own strategy and deciding how you want to go about hunting here.
Price is a flat rate for up to 4 sportsmen.
Food is not included; towels, linens, and basic supplies are provided.
Antelope (Unit 339), Bear, Coyote, and Wolf are also an option if you have the appropriate tags.

Check-out of the cabin will be the morning AFTER your last day of hunting at 9 am. NOT 9 am of the last day of hunting. You can stay that night of the last night of hunting.

The property is mostly comprised of draws with a mixture of natural grasses and hay fields that are a mixture of grass and alfalfa.
Water: Livestock Tanks, Creeks, and Springs
There are multiple springs that have been captured into stock tanks and a few smaller springs that flow naturally into the landscape. The Tobin Creek flows through the property and there is one other unnamed smaller creek that flows through the property.
Shelter: Mountains, Woods, Draws, Brush, Grasslands, and Hills
There are multiple wooded draws that provide shelter to animals. The varying topography in terms of hills etc. provides additional opportunities for animals to shelter from wind and weather.
