Whitetail deer hunters are invited to our ~214 acres of dense New York woodlands, open spaces, riverbottoms, and rolling hills.

In addition to short term property bookings, I'm also on the lookout for a partner to share with my family this beautiful property and use it to its fullest potential. You could help us build it out for ours and your recreation.   

You would have full use of the property with us without the large capital outlay of purchasing a parcel of this type yourself in exchange for helping us build it out and paying a nominal use fee. 

Specifically, there is a rundown cabin that we want to renovate into a first class lodging space. There are many other infrastructure improvements that we would like to make and are open to other good ideas.  

As a perk to our partnership, you would have full access for hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, foraging, shooting, farming, cattle, horses, bug out, atv, dirt bike use, and any other activity consistent with our vision and values. Access would also include use of prime quality off grid riverside cabin, where you can enjoy beautiful views from porch that fully surrounds the cabin. Cabin currently is battery/generator powered with brand new direct vent propane stove.
