Our main listing consists of just over 750 acres of prime whitetail habitat, with some potential for ducks and geese. With pasture ground, row crop, and timber, our terrain is perfect for wildlife. The property also features some excellent water sources. We have ponds scattered throughout in addition to some swampy marshlands on the west end of the farm. Our marshlands are surrounded by thick tall grass, which should provide great cover for waterfowl hunters. Cold Springs Lake is also right by the property.
We are happy to accommodate guests looking to camp or bring an RV.
