137 Forested Acres with over a Mile of Creekbottom Access!
The habitat is mostly thick woodland, with about 18 acres of scattered clearings and over a mile of live water access to the Bear Creek. The clearings provide good shooting lanes for sportsmen who bring some decoys and a ground blind during their hunt.&nbsp;
The property is leased out for hunting until July '26, so Fall '25 and Spring '26 will be unavailable for deer and turkey hunting. Please check back with us next summer to get trips booked with us Fall '26 and Spring '27.
Until then, our property is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore, with hiking routes that wind through the timber and lead to hidden cave features. The creek is also a great place for fishermen looking for remote access.

Searcy Co. Gobblers – DIY Spring Turkey Hunting Retreat

The property is located in Turkey Zone 2.
Hunters are invited for a 2 to 4-day turkey hunting experience on the property. The thick timber and small meadows create an ideal environment for chasing gobblers. Whether calling from the ridges or setting up along creek bottoms, hunters have the chance to enjoy a classic Southwestern Arkansas spring turkey hunt. Additional access to the Ouachita National Forest, makes the property hunt much bigger!&nbsp;
Lodging and meals are included. We will feed your group one good meal a day anytime from lunch to dinner time. Coordinate with us for meal details!

No hunters under 18 years old please. 
The camper sleeps 4 and has 1 bathroom, TV, and kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator. The camper allows for easy hunting right out the door as soon as you wake up!!
For those bringing their own campers, water and electricity hookups are available. RV hookups: $100/night
There is really great fishing just a short drive from the property, perfect for hunters after a long day or those who tag out early!&nbsp;
