RV and tent camping access is available on the property. If you decide to stay elsewhere, Bonifay is 10 miles east and has hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores.&nbsp;

The 2026 spring turkey season north of State Road 70 opens March 21 and runs through April 26.
This is a semi-guided experience, with use of our blinds included. I'm happy to call birds in for you if you want; however, if you and your group would like to take the reigns on that, that's fine too! I also like to capture the harvest on video if I'm able. We want you to have fun and put you in the best position to have success!&nbsp;
Limit One Bird per hunter. Additional bird harvest opportunities can be purchased from Hunter.
The property was once an orange grove. Now, the property is a working cattle operation.
What remains of the orange trees, along with nature forage and brush, is the main source of food and cover for wildlife. The ground is made up of gently rolling, natural landscapes.

The 2025 spring turkey season south of State Road 70 opens March 1 and runs through April 6. 
In the morning, turkey hunters can enjoy gobbling birds coming down out of the roost and appearing in the fog... I mean it's awesome! We'll have the decoys set up for them to come storming in!
The ranch's pastures, wetlands, oak hammocks, and wild citrus trees, create a classic environment for a Florida turkey hunt.&nbsp;
