The 229 is a 200-acre hunting haven on the western side of Kentucky. Known for its great hunting, this area provides healthy numbers of whitetail deer thanks to the surrounding agriculture fields, clover/turnip food plots, wooded shelter, and small pond that acts as a great water source.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Four wheelchair-accessible shooting houses and twelve ladder stands are available for use.&nbsp;
Our luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lodge is included in the package pricing. With a sheltered front porch and an expansive side deck, you are promised breathtaking views of picture-perfect scenery. Not to mention that a grill awaits your post-hunting meals. For restaurants, grocery stores, and more, Marion is roughly 10 minutes away!&nbsp;

This is a nonguided bow hunt. The owner will be on-site the day of arrival to show the locations of tree stands, the cabin, and answer any questions. Any additional requests made by our hunters are always considered, inquire for more information.&nbsp;
Our newly built cabin ensures a comfortable stay, featuring a full kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a screened-in porch. A grill, charcoal, and some food staples are also provided. Additionally, two non-hunters are welcome at the cabin, inquire for more information. For your convenience, the property includes a practice range and two deer stands.

KY Zone 1 Whitetail Bow Hunt

Hunt whitetail deer and eastern turkey on Third Hollow Farm. The array of natural shelter, elevation changes, and surrounding water sources drive in lots of wildlife. Lodging and exclusive access to our 500 acres are included in this flat rate of $5,500 for 7 days and up to 4 hunters.&nbsp;
Our cabin which can comfortably sleep 4 is included in this package. RV and tent camping access is available at an add-on price. For hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores, Portsmouth is only 15 miles away.

Third Hollow Farm

Whitetail and Turkey Hunt

No rifle. Only late season opportunities available.
The farm is located in Monroe County, which is part of Kentucky's Deer Zone 2.
In addition to the riverbottom that borders the farm, about 700 yards worth of riverbank, the remainder of the farm is open grass pasture and timber, surrounded by neighboring ag lands.
We have two 1-acre food plots on the property, in addition to stands set up in various parts of the property.
We are open to groups of parent-child duos, please let us know what we can do to accommodate you.

Late Season Archery Whitetail Hunt

Deer hunters can focus on the creekbottoms and timber within the perimeter of the fields, which are heavily traveled corridors.
Our northern portion of the property, about 50 acres, will be restricted for rifle season.
The farm is located in Zone 2: Fleming for whitetail.
