The property is a 60-acre slashed pine plantation and tree farm in the heart of Northern Florida's Columbia County. We are proud recipients of Certified Forest & Stewardship Forest designations from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). In addition to developing a good relationship with our local forester here in Columbia County, we have made a commitment to stewarding this land for the benefit of the state, local wildlife, and guests that I'm eager to begin hosting through LandTrust.

A natural bi-product of our commitment to stewardship in our timber production and land management has been the whitetail and turkey populations flourishing. We have rich numbers of wildlife, and we're looking forward to practicing good management of the populations by allowing hunting on the property. 

The acreage is located within 15 minutes of Lake City, Florida. Interstate access to both I-75 and 1-10 are also within 10-15 minutes of the property.
