Set just outside the town of Asotin in southeastern Washington, the Flyin Lazy V is a 1,273-acre working ranch that's been in the same family for three generations. This property offers a classic Pacific Northwest hunting experience, with a mix of productive hay ground, open pastures, and rugged coulees that drop into brushy, timbered creek draws. It’s a place where cattle graze the upper plateaus, hay is still cut in season, and generations have quietly watched wildlife move through the shadows of the draws.

There are a few portions of the property in CRP, which, along with the native grasses and brush, provides excellent ground cover and bedding for wildlife. Water is readily available in the draws, and small ponds offer reliable sources for game. The mix of cover and forage supports a year round population of turkeys, with consistent sightings and good opportunity throughout the seasons.

For hunters chasing their Washington Slam, the Rio Grande subspecies is most commonly found in Asotin County. The ranch is located in Washington Unit 181.
