Hotels and lodging are available in Imperial, just 20 minutes from our property. Denver International Airport is only 3 hours away as well.

Our South property on the Stinking Water Creek is about 830 acres of pasture, hills, draws, and CRP ground. This should be a great Whitetail property for rifle hunters with the open terrain. A few cedars and shelterbelts in the northeast part of the property attract some turkey as well, which could be great for hunts this Spring.
