Freezer Filler Whitetail Doe Hunt

Hunt whitetails on our 20 acres here in Grand Traverse County, plus use the property as a basecamp to hunt surrounding public access areas as well.
We have a tree stand set up that hunters can take advantage of. Climber stands and blinds are permitted if a hunter prefers to bring their own.
Our terrain features oak and pine trees, timber, and creek bottoms. Natural forage includes apple trees, grapevines, lilac bushes. We see deer in the forest behind our house all the time, and our acreage has not been hunted since we moved here in 2021.&nbsp;
We understand that 20 acres of forest isn't the largest property a hunter could find, which is why we want to call out our close proximity to public hunting areas. The strength of our property is found pairing time spent hunting our 20 acres, along with using our location as a private basecamp to branch out and conveniently hunt nearby public access.&nbsp;
Our property and these surrounding public access areas are located in Deer Management Unit 028.

This property includes 50 acres of thick woods and a long open corridor, perfect for prime whitetail deer hunting. The easy-to-access property is on a county road and less than 2 miles from I-196, but the abundance of wood area surrounding the land helps make it feel remote.&nbsp;
Three tree stands and a ground blind will be available for hunters to use. Livestock tanks are utilized on the land to maximize our wildlife habitat.&nbsp;
A two-bedroom, two-bath house that comfortably sleeps 6 is available to add to your booking. The lodging provides a full kitchen area, Wi-Fi, and amenities such as a fireplace, coffee maker, bed sheets, towels, and more! Tent camping is also available. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, South Haven is just 12.7 miles North.&nbsp;
