Whitetail hunters are invited to our acreage this Fall. The property hasn't been deer hunted in more than 5 years so there is a dense population of whitetails, as evidenced by the numerous deer paths, scrapes, and bedding areas one can find walking around the property.&nbsp;
8-point, 6-point, 4-point, spike, and countless doe have been documented on our game cameras across the property. We also have a well-documented On-X map to reduce your scouting time and maximize your hunting time.
There are 8 ladder stands across the property. Each with 2 gear ropes and 2 gear hangers. We also have seat cushions available in gear storage at our parking area.&nbsp;

Welcome 2 hunters at a time for archery, muzzleloader, and rifle season. The package includes the option to add on tiny home lodging and a farm-to-table meal. We have adequate space for processing harvested game.
Our tiny home cabin is available and equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 beds (queen and full in the loft/with space for an additional pull-out full in the other loft). Heated by wood burning stove in the winter and cooled by window unit A/C in the spring/summer/fall. It has full electricity and plumbing with add-on options such as a charcoal grill, and available farm-to-table meals upon request.&nbsp;
Lodging, dining, and gas are available in Roanoke, which is 39.5 miles away and provides tons of options.&nbsp;

Whitetail Deer Hunt w/ Farm Stay & Meals Available

Hunt Grayson County whitetails at Summerfield Farm.
We had a nice 12point buck taken by our farm manager last season. We do have an alfalfa field on the farm, which is a hotspot for deer.&nbsp;
Grayson County is located west of the Blue Ridge, and the season typically ends earlier around the end of November.
Hunters will also have access to fishing in the Elk Creek that runs through our property. The creek is stocked by the state nine times a year with rainbows, brown, tigers, and some brookies. It's Class A Virginia fishing! Fishing may not be exclusive as we let folks fish the creek from time to time around the bridge.
We have a 3-bedroom/2-bath house, which can sleep six, has a firepit and fiber internet. We request a 3-day/2-night minimum on all lodging stays.
Lodging is not available 17-20 Oct 24 and 21-29 Dec 24.
