The property offers a mix of timber, pasture, and dryland crop ground, creating reliable, year-round food sources for wildlife. Timbered grazing areas provide cover and forage, while surrounding dryland crops and residue fields attract deer, elk, and turkey moving between feed and bedding areas.
This natural combination supports consistent animal movement and makes for dynamic, fair-chase hunting opportunities throughout the season.
The farm features multiple natural water sources, including year-round creeks, ponds, and developed springs. These reliable water points support wildlife movement and concentration throughout the season, especially during dry periods.
