We love the idea of having folks out who are looking to have their own personal private camping experience. Drew's Reservoir and the Fremont National Forest are both local attractions that guests staying on the property can take advantage of, while recreation opportunities on the ranch are abundant. Camping, stargazing, hiking, photography, and more.&nbsp;
The sunsets and sunrises over the valley alone are worth a visit.
Price is $50 per family. Your family or group will have exclusive access to the ranch for camping and recreation.

Heat pump and wood burning fireplace for conditioned living in four season comfort. Presently on market for purchase at 2.3 million. Hunting seasons include; spring bear, turkey, (some duck and goose can be arranged ) and late summer\fall bow and black powder deer. Could easily create tent sites under oaks, a few RV sites with and w\o hookups, or rent whole house or apartment by 3Day min. or wkly+ time frames. Also a nice venue for family reunions or weddings.&nbsp;
