We have just over 710 acres of farm ground with grasslands, canyons, and creekbottom. We also have a pond with catfish!
Fishing is FREE with all hunts!

We are located in Idaho GMU 11 here in Idaho County.
Good doe potential with the occasional buck cruising through - ideal for rifle hunters. Bowhunting will be more of a challenge.
We have just over 230 acres of forested pasture with grasslands, canyons, and creekbottom. This property has an abundance of Turkey and Whitetail available to hunt. RV parking is available at the Keuterville RV Park in Keuterville or Seubert RV Park in Cottonwood.&nbsp;
Located about 1.5 Hours from Moscow-Pullman area.

Unit 11 Whitetail Hunt | Hayfield High Ground & Timber Canyons

Our farm is home to some monster whitetails!
We request that sportsmen book a minimum of two days.
The farm is located in Unit 11, which is a general unit for Whitetail.
This package includes an all-you-can-eat breakfast every morning for a flat rate of $25/day. You will see this in the price breakdown as "RV lodging."
The property offers a mix of timber, pasture, and dryland crop ground, creating reliable, year-round food sources for wildlife. Timbered grazing areas provide cover and forage, while surrounding dryland crops and residue fields attract deer, elk, and turkey moving between feed and bedding areas.
This natural combination supports consistent animal movement and makes for dynamic, fair-chase hunting opportunities throughout the season.
The farm features multiple natural water sources, including year-round creeks, ponds, and developed springs. These reliable water points support wildlife movement and concentration throughout the season, especially during dry periods.
The property provides excellent natural shelter through timbered ground, brushy draws, and varied terrain. These areas offer bedding cover, thermal protection, and escape routes, allowing wildlife to feel secure and remain on the property throughout the season.
