Welcome to Franklin County, Iowa! Located about 7 minutes from interstate access to I-35, our family farm offers 180+ acres of hunting ground. The acreage is comprised of 10 acres of row crop, 9 acres of alfalfa, CRP, and timbered creekbottom.

The Otter Creek winds through the heart of the property, creating a highway for both whitetail and turkey, along with live water for waterfowl during the migration seasons. The ag ground doubles as high-quality forage and late-season food sources, making evening hunts along these field edges productive. The CRP fields offer dense cover, while the creek also provides cover and bedding.

This is a great property for hunters coming from Des Moines or from up north in the Twin Cities (less than 2.5 hrs away).
