The farm features multiple natural water sources, including year-round creeks, ponds, and developed springs. These reliable water points support wildlife movement and concentration throughout the season, especially during dry periods.
The property provides excellent natural shelter through timbered ground, brushy draws, and varied terrain. These areas offer bedding cover, thermal protection, and escape routes, allowing wildlife to feel secure and remain on the property throughout the season.
YOUTH OPPORTUNITY:
Youth hunters have the opportunity to hunt free of charge on our working farm and timber ground.
This hunt is intended to give youth hunters meaningful access to quality habitat with established food sources, water, and shelter—while learning responsibility, patience, and respect for private land and wildlife. An accompanying adult is required, and all state regulations must be followed.

Turkey hunters should have success setting up on the edge of the ag fields and canyons. With a blind and some decoys, hunters can catch birds moving from the cover into the fields to feed!
We have just over 710 acres of farm ground with grasslands, canyons, and creekbottom. We also have a pond with catfish!
Fishing is FREE with all hunts!
