Amazing Walk-In Access in Northern Texas just 45 minutes from Wichita Falls and 1.5 hours from DFW.
Deer use the scattered tree cover and brush pockets for bedding during the day and move through the open lanes to feed in the mornings and evenings. The natural layout offers great setups for intercepting deer along travel corridors, especially during the rut when movement peaks.
Our 115 acres are managed specifically for wildlife with our ground being intentionally left in its more natural state, offering an authentic and rugged hunting experience. Set just a few miles south of the Red River and only 18 minutes from the Oklahoma state line, this property lies in a region known for strong whitetail genetics and year-round feral hog activity.&nbsp;
The terrain is classic North Texas brush country, rolling with pockets of scrub brush and scattered trees that provide both cover and visibility for hunters. Wildlife here rely on the land’s natural forage and bedding areas, which makes for a more traditional and challenging hunt. The lack of high traffic or cattle pressure gives hunters a quiet setting to explore on foot, with plenty of ambush points along brush lines and natural game trails.&nbsp;
Hunters are welcome to bring a ground blind for the best chances of success!
No onsite lodging or camping at this time. There are hotels and RV parks in Henrietta (~25 miles) and Bowie (~35 miles).

Pricing:​ Whitetail Trophy Bucks are priced according to the below scale. Additional Trophy Bucks can be purchased and come with an additional doe. Additional Cull Bucks cost $1,500 each and also come with an additional doe. Otherwise, additional doe are $150 each. Trophy Bucks are classified as bucks that score 141+" B&amp;C and are old enough to be harvested (guide's discretion). Cull Bucks are classified as bucks that score up to a 140" B&amp;C and are old enough to be harvested (guide's discretion).

The $3,500 base fee for booking includes a buck up to 140". Trophies start at 141" and are priced according to the score. The price of a trophy increases by $250 per inch, up to 160" B&amp;C, based on the size of the deer you kill. These prices would follow as:

145" B&amp;C Class Buck ---&gt; $4,750

150" B&amp;C Class Buck ---&gt; $6,000

155" B&amp;C Class Buck ---&gt; $7,250

160" B&amp;C Class Buck ---&gt; $8,500


After 160" B&amp;C, the price increases to $350 per inch based on the B&amp;C score of the deer you kill. The prices would follow as:

165" B&amp;C Class Buck ---&gt; $10,250

170" B&amp;C Class Buck ---&gt; $12,000

175" B&amp;C Class Buck ---&gt; $13,750

180" B&amp;C Class Buck ---&gt; $15,500

After 180" B&amp;C, the price increases to $400 per inch based on the B&amp;C score of the deer you kill. The prices would follow as:

200" B&amp;C Class Buck ---&gt; $23,500


*Drop tines will be billed at an extra $200 per inch. This fee will only be added to the total length of drop tine points. For instance, if a deer is a 160" class buck with 10" of drop tines, the total cost would be $10,250. This price would cover the $8,250 cost of a 160" buck (see above) and the extra $200 per inch fee assessed over the total 10" of drop tines creating a fee $2,000 and an overall cost of $10,000.*
