Sportsmen will most likely see Easterns out here in this northeastern corner of Kansas.
We have multiple parcels with wooded creek bottoms, perfect for turkeys!
Guests are permitted to bring and set up their own ground blinds.		
Our farm is situated in the Northeastern corner of Kansas just minutes from the Kansas-Missouri-Nebraska Tripoint. We have about 550 acres of rolling agland with hardwood creek bottoms and brushy fencelines. Included in our available acreage, we have about 80 acres of leased ground from our neighbor, which features another awesome stretch of creek bottom with dense tree cover.
We currently are not offering lodging on site; however, hotels can easily be found in Hiawatha (17 miles) or Falls City, NE (20 miles).

With Turkey numbers dropping all over the state. This property produces every year!
The Dogwood has high grassland that looks over heavily wooded draws. This terrain gives the advantage to the rifle hunter!
All hunts can be modified! Just reach out to me.
Currenlty all hunts will be semi-guided. I would like to meet with all hunters in person and go through the ins and outs of the property. Most items are covered over the phone before hunters arrive. There is no lodging available on the property, but camping is always an option! There are plenty of accommodations to suit a wide range of guests. Hunters will have free range of the whole property. As a lifetime bow hunter, I will offer my insight and knowledge of the land so the hunters will have the best chance for success. This property has a healthy population of mature whitetails, and you'll truly never know what could show up due to the ground that surrounds the Dogwood. This property can double as a great home base for your Kansas hunts. Within a 30-mile radius, there are some of the finest walk-in hunting spots the state has to offer. Not including thousands of huntable acres on Fort Riley less then 10 miles away. With Manhattan close by, it is easy access to great restaurants and nightlife.&nbsp;

Semi-Guided Eastern Turkey Hunt: Spring Blast South of Manhattan

WM Farms is shaping up to be an excellent turkey hunting destination with solid cover along the creek bottom on the Western end of our property. Guests will have full access to the property's ~740 acres.
Important Note:
In addition to our 740 exclusive acres, we also have about 190 additional acres of our property enrolled in Kansas's WIHA program from September 1st - Jan. 31st (and longer potentially). If you would like to hunt this 190 acres, you may run into other folks as it is not exclusive access.	
You'll most likely see Easterns in this part of Northeast Kansas with the rare chance of a Hybrid.&nbsp;
WM Farms is a farming operation located in the northeast corner of the great state of Kansas. The property features about 740 acres of rolling, grassy hills with cropland and trees along creekbottom. We see a variety of wildlife daily.&nbsp;
There is no structured lodging available on the property; however, Seneca (11 miles) and Sabetha (10 miles) both have hotels available.

Unit 3 Spring Turkey Hunt | Eastern Tom Opportunities

Turkey hunters are invited to the farm this Spring.
Turkey hunters will most likely find Rios in this northcentral part of Kansas. There's always a chance you may run into a Hybrid as populations fluctuate year to year.	
We are located in Unit 3 for turkeys.
We have a game cam set up on property, that routinely sees birds pass through.
The Lindsey Creek winds through the acreage. Solid tree cover can be found following the creek. This is a highly productive area for hunting, especially with our ag fields that can be found on both sides of the timbered creekbottom.

We are located in Turkey Unit 3. Turkey hunters will most likely see Easterns in this part of Kansas.
Our South listing is made up of over 445 acres. The main parcel of this acreage has cropland right on the Slough Creek. Rolling grassland pasture makes up the rest of the property.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The landscape is a mix of ag fields, rolling hills, creek bottoms, and timber. Most all our parcels can be easily accessed from the county roads.
Located in the heart of Morris County just north of Council Grove, Anderson Farms is a fourth-generation regenerative, no-till farm. Situated about 30 minutes south of Manhattan and interstate access to I-70, the farm is only about 2 hours from KC!&nbsp;

These 145 acres are made of 2 streams, agriculture fields, wooded areas, and the Salt Creek running through the north end of the farm.&nbsp;
The turkey benefit from the wooded shelter, agriculture, and sources of water.&nbsp;
RV camping access is available on the property. For hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores Topeka is 41 miles North.&nbsp;
Pond/creek fishing is available along with this package. Fish you can expect to catch include catfish, bluegill, bass, and bullheads.
