We are located in Unit 3 for turkeys.
We have a game cam set up on property, that routinely sees birds pass through.
The Lindsey Creek winds through the acreage. Solid tree cover can be found following the creek. This is a highly productive area for hunting, especially with our ag fields that can be found on both sides of the timbered creekbottom.

WM Farms is shaping up to be an excellent turkey hunting destination with solid cover along the creek bottom on the Western end of our property. Guests will have full access to the property's ~740 acres.

In addition to our 740 acres, we also have about 190 additional acres of our property enrolled in Kansas's 2023-2024 WIHA program from September 1st - Jan. 31st (and longer potentially). If you would like to hunt this 190 acres, you may run into other folks as it is not exclusive access.	
You'll most likely see Easterns in this part of Northeast Kansas with the rare chance of a Hybrid.&nbsp;

We have multiple parcels with wooded creek bottoms, perfect for turkeys!
Guests are permitted to bring and set up their own ground blinds.

As of right now, all hunts will be semi-guided. I like to meet with all my hunters in person and go through the ins and outs of the property. Most of it gets done over the phone before the hunters show up. I do not have lodging available, but camping is always an option. The hunters will have free range of the whole property. I will offer my insight and knowledge of the property so the hunters will have the best chance for success. This property and the property that surrounds it have a fair amount of turkeys. Also, this property can double as a great home base for your Kansas hunt. Within a 30-mile radius, there are some of the finest walk-in hunting spots the state has to offer. Not including thousands of huntable acres of Fort Riley less than 10 miles away.

The property is about 93% open ag fields. The eastern border of the farm has multiple patches of tree cover that will provide cover for the birds as they move to and from the fields to feed. Part of the timber cover has water that runs through. There's also a highly productive staging or bedding area that we have marked on our map. Best bet for turkey hunters is getting in before the birds come down from the roost and setting up a blind near the timber, where you can call Toms in as they move from the tree cover into the fields.

Turkey hunters have the chance to find Rios, Hybrids, and Easterns in this unit.
