Small cabin with direct waterfront. The living area has a small kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker - no kitchen sink but there is a bathroom sink), as well as couches and a dining area. Bedroom sleeps two with private deck facing the water. Interior bathroom has a toilet and sink, and an outdoor shower can be found following a path to the back of the camp (with hot water). Air conditioner located next to fireplace. Cabin comes with a fire pit, picnic table, grill and black stone skillet. The lake is technically a by-water so you can fish with a Maine or New Hampshire license. The lake has great bass fishing. Cabin is just over 200 yards from the public boat ramp. Motor boats are allowed on the lake. Located in a great community, very quiet and private compared to larger lakes.

The property is a quiet option for bird hunters looking to spend some time in the woods. There's decent waterfowl hunting in certain areas along the Cold River.&nbsp;
Bird dogs are ok; however, they must not bother cattle.

Woodcock and Duck Hunt

Bring your own horses to the property for a day of trail riding through our property and into the White National Forest (regulations permitting).
Our property is situated in a serene part of Western Maine, offering beautiful views and quiet solitude. Take advantage of this environment and enjoy the day with your horses.
Heck, if we're moving cattle, you're welcome to join if you're comfortable. We'll see if we can make that happen for folks interested.

We have enjoyed great success over the years with hunting bear on the property, especially due to our proximity to the White Mountains and nearby National Forest lands (property shares a border with White Mountain National Forest).
We do have a few bait piles that we maintain every year that hunters can take advantage of.
