This SW Kansas property has been an amazing trophy property for many years. As evidenced by the taxidermy photos, monster Whitetails as well as Mule Deer have been taken by both bow and rifle on this ranch! There are tree stands and elevated blinds available to hunt out of. The diverse terrain elevations also allow for great spot and stalk opportunities.&nbsp;
Mule deer hunting is permitted with permission and an extra fee, assuming the hunter has drawn a mule deer tag; however, they are not as prevalent as the whitetails on the property.
Coyote, gopher, and prairie dog, are all included with this package as well.

Mule deer hunting is permitted with permission and an additional fee assuming the hunter has the required mule deer tag. However, they are not as prevalent as the whitetails on the property.
Coyote, gopher, and prairie dog, are all included with this package as well.

6-Day Deer Hunt

This hunt will allow you to bow hunt for mule deer and whitetail deer. Hunts are available for as short as one day and up to 60 days. Set up for the season or make a weekend trip. Come explore this diverse property and the deer that inhabit it.
This tract contains a mix of expired CRP and native grass. Part of the property has been grazed by cattle but some remains ungrazed. Mule deer consistently cross the property from the creek to the west to the fields on the east.
We are located in Unit 18 for deer.

This arid prairie unit in the southwestern corner of the state is home to whitetail and mule deer. The land in this region is generally flat to slightly rolling, though there are some hilly areas that are not suitable for farming. There are also a few cliffs that overlook the Cimarron River, which is the main drainage for the area.
