Over the years, we've had 4 black bears harvested on the property.
The ranch's habitat makes this a fun hunt with glassing spots and the chance to put a stalk on, giving the sense of backcountry hunt on 100 acres of solid private access.&nbsp;
The ranch features the following terrain and vegetation:

<li>Rolling hills with elevations ranging from 3,980 to 4,240 feet</li>
<li>Dense stands of ponderosa pine interspersed with juniper and sage.</li>
<li>Meadows rich with native grasses and wildflowers</li>
<li>Sandstone cliffs and rock features</li>
<li>Spring-fed watering hole</li>

Single Day Black Bear Hunt

Flat rate of $1,000 per day for up to 5 guests. That $1,000 per day is the rate we request you pay regardless of your party size up to 5 hunters/non-hunting guests. If you're a single hunter, that's $1,000 per day. If you're 2 hunters, that's $500 per person per day, and so on up to 5 guests. $200 for each additional guest up to 8. Lodging is free and included with every booking! 
Hunt bear on our 790 acres, located nine miles east of Wilsall, right at the base of the Crazies, in the shadow of Iddings Peak (10,938 ft) and Crazy Peak (11,178 ft). We have water sources with Basin Creek and the South Fork Horse Creek.
Access to the Gallatin National Forest is available nearby.
We can accommodate single day bookings; however, lodging will not be available. Lodging is only available for bookings 3 or more days.
