This part of the ranch consists of over 4500 acres.
It's recommended that you bring a side by side or ATV during your visit to get around our many acres.

A note on Access:
If it's rained and roads are wet/muddy, the ranch is completely inaccessible. Access to the ranch will be heavily dependent on weather. If we've gotten rain and roads are wet/muddy, we will work with you to either reschedule your trip or refund you in full as the ranch is completely inaccessible.
Elk Hunting Information (Please Read):
The ranch is located in GMU 700. This is a draw unit and cannot be hunted with a general tag.
Non-resident: Draw odds begin at 5% with 0 preference points. With 5 preference points, the odds move up to around 12%.
Resident: Draw odds begin at .96% with 0 preference points. With five preference points, the odds move up to around 22%.
In addition to elk, the ranch is located in unit 700 antelope as well.

The ranch consists of over 4500 acres of productive creek bottom meadows, pine tree-covered areas, native grasslands, and deep coulees. Our abundant acreage and habitat composition makes this a premier hunting destination especially for antelope, mule deer, and elk.&nbsp;

District 700 is one of the largest antelope hunting areas in the state and offers not only good hunting opportunities, but also stunning scenery. While it is possible to find good bucks in this district, you may need to put in some effort to locate them. The antelope population in this area is still recovering from the winter of 2011, but good bucks are still harvested each year.
